How can I default the "allow price override" flag in BPA for all line types?

I'm trying with a sandbox to default the "allow prive override" flag in BPAs for all lines. By default, it works like this:

Allow Price Override: Deselected for goods lines and selected for services lines (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/23d/oaprc/how-purchasing-document-line-defaults-work.html#s20029093)

But I need this to be marked as Y for all line types. Tried with a sandbox but I was not able to do it. Can you help me?
