Automate Withdrawal of Leaners with terminated employment is not working fine for some statuses

Based on the 23B release document:

We have went ahead and scheduled the new Update Learning Assignment Statuses to Deleted or Withdrawn for Learners Whose Employment Was Terminated process in Dev2. We enabled the atom feeds and ran the process as mentioned in the Oracle document. But while testing we have found two issues:

1. If any user had a Learning Assignment in the Pending required Evaluation status, after getting terminated his assignment status is getting changed to Withdrawn. In the Process description it is mentioned that the Pending required Evaluation status will get changed to deleted for any terminated user post the process runs. But this is not happening.
