Forms 2.0 Calc on the Fly

How should I use the new calc on fly option while more than one dimension with top parents in rows. I have attached a screenshot of the form I have created. I have "Accounts" and "Analysis" dimensions in rows. I have added one rows, in which I kept IDescendants(Transactional Revenue) for Accounts and IDescendants(RE1000 Print Revenue) for Analysis.  As you can see in the screenshot "Transactional Revenue"->"RE1001 Print Revenue-Institutional" becomes not editable for 1st row and only it's parent "RE1000 Print Revenue" is editable. This means if I enter a value at top parent account (Transactional Revenue) and top parent
