Epm OCI Gen 2: User account is getting locked frequently
We have a user whose account is getting locked everyday due to incorrect password.
But there is no human error; not using his account for any automation tasks like rest api or epmautomate.
In the failed logins report, it doesn't specify which application the login failed at.
All it says is that there is a sso authentication issue. But his company single sign on is working properly when he's accessing the applications.
So we're not able to pinpoint the issue location.
Is there something i'm missing here?
Or is it a backend issue from Oracle?
