How to BULK Upload EFF values under Legislative Information for the JOB

Summary:

An Extensible Field (EFF) created under Legislative Information section to capture additional detail for the existing JOBs. Now customer want to BULK upload EFF for all existing Jobs.

A HSDL created to BULK update EFF information when EFF column "External Job Title" added to the SELECTED column in HSDL there are few other columns added along with "External Job Title".

For example: "Information Category"

"Sequence Number".

Not sure what to put the values for the Columns "Information Category" and "Sequence Number" while upload EFF information?
