Can we add comments in Actionable Email Notification

Summary:

We have business requirement to allow end user to provide comments at time of taking action (Approve / Reject / Request More Information) without need to login into PCS cloud MyTask.

In Oracle PCS documentation (Attached Snapshot) it states that adding comments and attachments are allowed for Actionable Emails but I don't see any option in PCS configuration screen.

Kindly advice.
