Privilege needed to run the 'Compute Users ACL' process

Hi Experts,

One of the prerequisites for enabling the Redwood Manager experience for learning is running the ESS job 'Compute Users AC


However, when I am trying to run the process I get the below error. Please let me know what privilege is needed to run this process.
