Bulk Update Project Start Date and task start date

Summary:

Hi, we need to change massively the project start state with a Date that is smaller (e.g: from 01/01/2023 to 01/01/2024) but the system, If i do it via update from another system (oracle primavera unifier), I get error from integration saying that I must enter a previous date because the project on ERP cloud has already been created with 01/01/2023 and also all the task have this start date.

Since we are talking about at lest 400 projects with 30 task per project, the only solution that now I see is to change MANUALLY on erp cloud the project start date and, each time, I must selec "Cascade project start date to tasks".
