Enable Count point flag by default

Enable Count point check box by default, in Work definition operation

We would like the count point checkbox to be enabled by default while creating a work definition (from UI) and adding an operation to it. 

When adding an operation during work definition creation, the count point checkbox should always default to "yes" (checked / enabled). 

please let us know if it is possible to enable count point checkbox by default using any standard feature.

Note: We are not using standard operations, as each operation is unique.
