Is anyone else seeing duplicate learning assignments showing up regularly?
Summary:
We see duplicate assignments so frequently at this point that it is becoming routine. We see duplicates when there is a yearly retraining generated from one initiative, then a second initiative is added.
Duplicates also show up when someone is enrolled as an individual then an initiative is later added that includes that person.
This is really annoying, because the person is not able to take the training until we delete one of the two assignments. We have entire rosters where a new initiative is added causing hundreds of duplicates. Unfortunately, our initiatives are decentralized, and often one hospital will add an initiative, then another will add a different initiative with overlapping people.
