Always Free Cloud Account MFA Access Bypass Code

Summary:

This is Sikandar Hayat working in Oracle technologies for the last 27 years and an Oracle ACE but really struggling with your support services for the last couple of weeks. I have an Oracle Always Free account on which Oracle had forced to enable MFA which was enabled then lost my phone last month and now there is no way to access my account.

I have my applications in Autonomous Oracle APEX but can't access and this account was not new very old account. Someone suggested here in the forums to buy account which is not possible at all so Oracle shall provide a solution for these free accounts to reset. Ideally MFA was not required for these free accounts but if you enalbed it then provide full solution. If I am able to login using my username and password but my cell phone not avaialble then I can't access and Oracle not providing any solution which is really annoying.
