Approver is seeing old data from 2019 payment instead of current PPR data when approving electronic payment thru the Bell Notification - see attached document

We have had this issue before, but running and scheduling 2 sync jobs had resolved the issue. Sync job (Sync Notifications in Global Header) is running every 2 hrs and Synchronize Transaction Workflow Status does not reveal any stuck transactions

No changes have been made to workflow and/or payment process

The old 2019 data is the same data we saw during the original issue. Why does this happen and how can we resolve it?
