Add ECCN/USML filed in Product Classification grid of Trade Transaction Line Manager Layout

Summary:

As part of the consent agreement, DDTC has requested to display “ECCN/USML” field in the Production classification grid which contains references to ITAR, United States Munitions List (USML). Could you please check if you have received similar requests from other customers and if Oracle would be providing any attribute on gtm_tr_prod_classification table to accomodate this field?

Also, would it be ok if we use binding rule number field and rename it to ECCN/USML?
