How to automate the flow, of party screening response of sales order, to OIC from GTM

Summary:

Once the sales order flows from Fusion to GTM, the order is being screened for Restricted Party, Sanction and Trade Control. After successful screening, the status of the transaction is remaining in 'Send Requested'. We are manually sending the response to OIC by selecting 'Send Interface Transmission' option under 'Actions/Utilities'.

Is there a way to automate this flow so that the responses flow back to OIC once an order is cleared successfully in GTM.
