The existing record did not get terminated after taking actions on Mange Job Offers

Hi,

When we take necessary action of "Add Assignment", "Add Employee Work relationship" under Manage Job Offers after the record is moved from ORC to HCM, The existing assignment/work relationship is not getting terminated automatically. Can anyone let us know how the previous assignment/ workrelationship can be terminated automatically
