Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to set the time in which the chat is disconnected if the customer has a time of inactivity, for example, 10 minutes. I tried this changing the VISIT INACTIVITY TIMEOUT value, but i dont have had succeeded.

Maybe I'm changing the property that is not ?

Can you please help me with this problem ?
