HR Help Desk list search by url

Summary: Is there a way to submit a field criteria through URL to search the help desk list view?

Redwood help desk v2.

We have affected party person number saved as a custom field on the ticket and in adaptive search.

We would like to use a URL to populate the list view defaulting to the person number of the caller (passed by telephony) This is in an attempt to streamline our call center agents working tickets where there could already be a request opened for the issue.

The "employee search" kind of works, but many associates have had multiple roles in the company and having to click through each one to see if there is something open or recently resolved is more time consuming than adding the affected party field as a filter, clicking into the widget, selecting advanced, equals, and putting in the person number. [neither option is very quick]

Howdy, Stranger!
