Does Twilio Channel Supports Opt-In Feature? We have enabled this feature in the Twilio Instance but it is not being considered by ODA Twilio Channel. 

We have attached the process flow with the file name as (Twilio ODA Process flow) on this Ticket.

We want Twilio to send the opt in Message to our users before they start communicating/sending messages to the Twilio Phone number. Twilio has configured the Opt-in Keywords but apparently, according to Twilio the number is sending two responses to the keyword "EXPENSES". 

We request you to have a call with us along with Twilio analyst to check on this.
