Prompts for Rules in Planning

Summary:

I created a rule named Currency Convert USD to GBP AUD in planning and when users try and run the rule for Jan:Dec they are getting this error message.


But when I (a system admin) run the rule from the create and manage rules page. I am able to use Jan:Dec.


Is there a way for users to run this rule for the entire year from the Rules page?

I also tried YearTotal and I got an error that said a dynamically calc'd member for period could not be used in the FIX statement.
