Cannot Access 'My Services'

Hello everyone

I'm an admin user for my company, but there was some turnover before I joined and I was never set up with access to My Services (as shown here https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/db-schema-cloud/csdbu/access-my-services.html#GUID-4E44179D-1165-4E2E-9E0B-7EA2C4CA577C).

How can I set up an account/gain access to this?

I have tried to get help from our implementation partner, and I have tried with Service Requests twice, but I think we've just confused everyone about what we want. I just need access as an administrator. I have our Cloud Account Name, but no log in credentials after that.
