Hi Team,

Greetings!

We typically use the existing security and functionality structure with an existing enterprise structures across multiple legal entities.

And, when there is a divestiture i.e. certain set of employees from existing enterprise are moved to a separate company , the new company policy details get applied to them in new company cloud environment.

But there is a need to have employee-manager relationship between these two different companies i.e. some of the employees from parent company report to managers from new entity ( or vice versa). Can such managers across companies be able to access and perform manager self service activities (across modules) for their direct reports in different entity? What are the key considerations in terms of the dos and donts including security, approvals, reporting, integrations, MSS activities, AOR , etc.)
