How to see the infos of EFF Categories in PIM

Where do I check and see the details of EFF Categories? (Attached below)

In Setup and Maintenance section, I can check the details of Attribute Groups and Value Sets, but not the EFF Category tabs.

I'd love to know where I can setup those tabs and what are the relations with Attribute Groups.
