How to populate the EXTERNAL_ID field in PER_USERS table.

Summary:

For one of the standard connector, we need to populate the EXTERNAL_ID field in PER_USERS table. There is no information in Oracle documentation on cloud Tables and Views. Please let us know how to populate this field in UI and using HDL.

As we are migrating more than 10K workers, we would need to populate EXTERNAL_ID using HDL. But we do not have any attribute called ExternalId in User or PersonUserInformation business objects. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
