REST API to download file from UCM

Summary:

We are trying to explore if file can be downloaded from UCM using following REST APIs. This is needed for one of the new integration solution, we are working on .

If anyone has prior experience working on these or similar Content server related API , pls share your input/feedback

I need following information

  1. If these APIs are supported under our current version(see below)
  2. What would be endpoints url to access these APIs?
  3. What permissions/roles needed to access these APIs?
