Executing dynamic query

Hi,

We have a requirement to execute dynamic query using BIP in oracle ERP Saas and was going through this (Doc ID 2636492.1) which says passing dynamic query as parameter deprecated. Would like to understand what exactly is the limitation with respect to executing dynamic query using BIP.
