Unmapped records failing load despite account being mapped to IGNORE

Has the solve order changed such that ALL members must be mapped, even if one of them maps to IGNORE?

Previously if any dimension member was mapped to IGNORE, the whole record was ignored, regardless of whether the other dimension members were mapped or not. Now, despite the account being mapped to IGNORE, a missing movement mapping is causing the validations to fail and the whole load to fail.
