Hello,

We are looking to configure Line Manager access to Contact Info and Family and Emergency Contacts for their direct reports.

Information stored in Me>Personal Info:

  • What privileges do we need to add to the Line Manager security role for them to be granted access to these sections?
  • Once access is granted, how will the Line Manager navigate to this information in the system?
  • In Contact Info, can we limit access to just phone number? i.e. restrict access to address and/or email?
  • in Family and Emergency Contacts, can we limit access to only emergency contacts? i.e. restrict access to other family contacts listed?
