Line Manager view of Contact Info and Family and Emergency Contacts
We are looking to configure Line Manager access to Contact Info and Family and Emergency Contacts for their direct reports.
Information stored in Me>Personal Info:
- What privileges do we need to add to the Line Manager security role for them to be granted access to these sections?
- Once access is granted, how will the Line Manager navigate to this information in the system?
- In Contact Info, can we limit access to just phone number? i.e. restrict access to address and/or email?
- in Family and Emergency Contacts, can we limit access to only emergency contacts? i.e. restrict access to other family contacts listed?
