Add requirement for grant funded purchase orders

Is there a way to only add this required verbiage to certain purchase orders?

By fulfilling the requirements of this purchase order, the supplier certifies that it is not on the Government Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). The EPLS is a list of companies that have been restricted from being paid with government grand funds. The EPLS can be viewed at: www.SAM.gov.
