EPM migration by oracle to redwood Q2 2024, what month exactly will this happen?

Summary:If you do not enable the Redwood Experience, the existing theme on the environment will remain active until the second quarter of 2024 when support for non-Redwood Experience themes will be discontinued. All environments that do not use the Redwood Experience will automatically be migrated to use the Redwood Experience.

Question: Does this mean that in the April update Oracle will automatically migrate non Redwood customers to the Redwood experience?
