Web Clock Date using Yesterday Date

Web Clock Date is using Yesterday Date even though the already setup to use device time

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When the user open the Web Clock in the morning (the shift is 8-5 and hasn't do Clock In), the expectation for them are able to do check in. For our case, the date (and the history of Clock In and Out) using yesterday date. Web Clock layout set already configured to use Device Time. Any idea what is missing here?


Also, the date shown in desktop and mobile are different. In Mobile showing yesterday date :
