Budget Uploaded does not impact Project Plan

Summary: We are uploading Budgets against the projects uploaded earlier. The budget is going through the approval workflow, but the amounts uploaded through budget are not reflecting against the tasks in the project plan.

Is there any way to sync between the Budget amounts and the project plan?
