Learning incident workflow approval rule
Summary:
Impact of learning incident workflow on users and learning item
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi all,
Few queries regarding the Learning incident approval workflow:
- What happens if we reject/approve Learning incident workflow approval? Does the learner get withdrawn if approved?
- I have configured the following rule so that line managers can get FYI and learning representative can perform approval. However a notification is always triggered to Learning item owner who created it. Is the notification of reporting a learning items always triggered to Learning item owner?
