In OTBI Report Date is not displaying correctly as per the date mentioned in front end

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Subject Area : Inventory- Inventory Transfer Order Real Time, Transfer order scheduled ship date (Report Date) & Transfer order requested deliver date (Report Date) are not displaying Time also the date in frontend is one day off from report.

Report date is 03-Jan whereas Frontend has 02-Jan, 11:16PM.

Need suggestion on how to correct the date in OTBI report.
