Restock notification for VM availability

Summary:

I can't create a Free VM at the moment VM.Standard.A1.Flex (Out of capacity for shape, Frankfurt). I know for free VM's there is probably a high demand so I have to wait for the restock.

Content (required):

Can I be notified in some way when VM.Standard.A1.Flex is available in Frankfurt, e.g. by email? Or do I have to come every day, configure VM, click on create and find out that it is out of capacity for shape.
