Employment contract Real time subject area not returning any value when a column from "Employment Contract Details" is added.

When individual folder attributes are added then we are able to fetch the details . Ex- if attributes from Worker folder is added then we are able to fetch details if attribute from Business Unit or Legal Employer or Employment Contract are added then its not fetching any value.

I am able to fetch data from Assignment subject area also from others, didn't face this kind of issue, so i believe this is not related to data access issue.
