We're planning to enable Dynamic Skills for one of our customer. Basic question arise by enabling this module :

Do we still need to use Competency after we enable Dynamic Skills? If yes, wouldn't it be overlap each other feature? If no, Performance Management at the moment can only evaluate the Competency as Dynamic Skills not available yet.
