Email response capture back and attach in CPQ transaction.
Summary:
we are sending an email to the customer(non CPQ User) from the Email action. The email is sent to the customer, but when the customer is responding to the email by click on reply button in his email, we are not able to capture email response in CPQ. Where can we see that and, can we attach the email response in CPQ automatically without manual upload.
