How to inhibit a learner from opening new windows or browsers when a learning activity is run

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi,

we would like to implement the following behavior: when a learner runs a Learning activity (Content Type = Video), if he/she changes the window or the browser where he/she is viewing the video, the learning activity should be automatically paused, so that the learner cannot complete the activity.

Hoping someone has some suggestions.

Thanks a lot,

Alberto.
