Publish Video with Secret

Summary:

One of the learners published a video with Privacy settings as Secret and assigned one of the user visibilities in the search pages.

The user is unable to search in Search Catalog page this particular video. The approval process was bypassed in the system.

Users initially had our client customized learner role, but even if we add oracle seeded role to the user, he is not able to view the secret video.

As per as functionality added, it should appear for the viewers mentioned while searching the video.

Any help would be appreciated.
