Bulk comment upload option in ARCS

Summary:

Business wants to have a bulk certification statement mandatory for the reviewer when approving the recons and this certification can be through adding a new attribute with statement or through question or via existing comment box section. Currently ARCS RC doesn’t have an option to update bulk comments by Preparer/Reviewer. Could you please suggest an alternative for this, if not can you please consider this for a future enhancement?
