Getting HDL error - You must enter a combination with {FLEX_COMBO_SEG_NUM} total number of segments.

We are trying to load HDL file including flex field data and it is erroring out - You must enter a combination with 4 total number of segments.

File is getting loaded without flex fields and none of the flex fields are required.
