Notification in BPM

Hi,
We are experiencing an issue with the BPM configuration of the "completion" notification sent once the approval process is complete.
In particular, we have implemented the approval flow for the "assignment modification", therefore we would need to notify the "owner" (the one who starts the process) once the process is completed.
To do this as per the inserted screenshot, we have changed the notification text for the "ChangeAssignmentApproval" process within the BPM, but despite this we receive nothing once the process has successfully concluded.
Could you provide us with further information about this
