Summary:

  1. If an offer is rejected by the approvers, should it change to the "Rejected" status, or does it remain in the "Complete Design" status and needs to be manually moved to "Rejected"?
  2. What is the difference between obsolete and retired?
  3. While the initiative is launched, can it be exported to transfer to another environment?
  4. If an initiative is launched, can it be retired? And after retirement, what status can it move to?
  5. After an offer is marked as obsolete, can it move to another status?
