How/where can I get a glossary/dictionary of language pack translations for all UI text?

We are in process of implementing HCM & Learning cloud for 5 countries in Europe. As part of the implementation, we have a couple of custom reports (BIP) to be generated in English and other regional languages (PL, CZ, SK, RO, HU). While the actual data in the report can be retrieved in the local languages as stored in the database, we are unsure how to translate the report template itself. Client prefers to use the seeded translations from the language packs for the report column headers to ensure consistency.
I would like to understand how/where we can get the glossary/dictionary of EN to regional language translations for all UI text. Any workaround is also appreciated.
