Email notifications aren't visible and reminder in REDWOOD isn't working

Hi,

While testing the Redwood UI for manager, I could figure that I could not send reminder to the learners for the courses. The tab isn't accesible.

The same issue persists while sending an email notification to the learner via MY TEAM.

Also, there are so separate email notifications icons in the REDWOOD UI as available in Classic UI
