Can Core HR in J D Edwards work with Talent Management in Oracle HCM Cloud?

Hi Peers and experts,

One of our clients has Core HR and Payroll systems running in J D Edwards which they do not want to migrate to Oracle yet.

However they are interested in Recruiting and Talent modules of Oracle HCM.

Could you please advise if (and how) it is feasible to implement Talent Management in Oracle HCM while the Core HR remains in J D Jdwards?
