is it possible that an approver can approve multiple times in the notification

Summary:

The requirement is like when the user submit a time card it has multiple lines , each line needs to be approved or rejected i have attached a screenshot user can select multiple lines ,and each line should be approved or reject . only in a single notification all the lines should be shown which user has selected

suppose there is a 10 lines approver want to approve 8 lines and want to reject 2 lines is this can be achievable in PCS workflow notification
