DOR Approval Notification

Approval Notification for DOR goes to the line manager then AOR then to Specific user (FYI) but this user doesn't attach with an employee on the system and he has "HR analyst view all" role when he receives the notification either on the application or on his email he gets a blank page i need him not show all the employee details in his approval notification (on the application and on his email)
