edited Jan 11, 2024 10:37AM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary:

We have a scenario where our salary basis comprises of components such as Basic, HRA, TA, Phone allowance, Meal allowance and Special allowance and user enters only the overall salary and the rest need to get calculated automatically. We can use the % of for basic HRA and TA however the special allowance is the residual of the overall after deducting Basic, HRA and TA from overall.

For instance, lets say the minimum overall salary is $25000 annually and out of which Basic is 40% of overall, HRA is 40 % of basic, TA is 10% of Overall, Phone allowance is 600$ from Overall and Meal allowance is 1000$ from overall and the rest should go an sit in special allowance.

Howdy, Stranger!
