How to prevent changing Work order status from "Closed" to "Completed" in manufacturing?

Summary:

Currently Oracle is allowing us to edit work order even after closed and we can change the status from "Closed" to "Completed" and complete again (For example: thru "Reverse to Ready" process we can use to complete the WO again). This is causing accounting issues. Hence we want to prevent this, so how can we control Work orders not to be touched/edited once it is closed?
